About Our Network
The Compliance Circle started in 2016 as an informal group of like-minded industry compliance experts. Over this time, The Compliance Circle has evolved from an ad-hoc peer-to-peer review group to a more formalised organisation that meets regularly to discuss the dynamic legislation and regulatory requirements applicable to the retail industry.
These meetings specifically focus on retail compliance. The Compliance Circle is headed up by one of its co-founders Charlotte MacKenzie and counts representatives from major international retailers within its meetings.

In-Person Events
Every six weeks, members join focused on-line discussions to consider approaches to addressing emerging compliance challenges. These sessions foster open dialogue, practical problem-solving, and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange in a completely confidential environment.
Beyond the virtual, we also host an annual in-person summit - our flagship event that brings the members together for networking and strategic discussions.

Our exclusive community is limited to a total membership group of 30 retailers. Retailers may appoint two members to join.

All retailers are UK-based retailers, however, we will discuss international legislations within the network.

We will meet online every 6 weeks and in addition, in person events in London.

To join The Compliance Circle, members are required to sign a membership agreement which includes provision of an annual subscription.
